Thank you for sharing of *your* experiences and love. It’s courage of the heart to be open about our feelings and experiences, especially those which touch as deeply as have yours. Thank you for the honor of your open heart.

It seems there’s a journey from head to heart. Yet, we begin from the heart. A few moments with children is all it takes to see this. Such innocence, radiant smiles, glowing eyes, trust and acceptance and tenderness.

We have experiences and circumstances which seem to pull us from such a heartful space. Yet, the return can be as simple as letting go of all that’s not of the heart. It’s a choice we can make, any moment, every moment.

Wherever we are, whatever we’re doing, our heart is right there, inseparable. We may have endless reasons which seem to justify walls, yet they exist only to the extent we identify with them. If we let go of such identification, poof, gone.

Is there really a border between one state and another? No, not really. It’s an imaginary line drawn by acceptance of there being one. Yet, a single step and we cross that imagined line without noticing it, because there never really was one.

Access to love is simply to allow ourself to be the love we are. We must love ourselves enough to let go of the obstacles. As Rumi is quoted as saying; “Your task is not to seek love, but merely to seek & find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”

We can be gentle with ourself. We can be open to joy and gratitude for every single blessing and miracle of life, ever-present around us, and thankful for it being so for us as well. It’s in the being, that is it so.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and your love. Having lost my only beloved brother in a ca accident I touched the death quite closely. Having a mentally ill mother who died 2 years ago taught me very deeply what pain can bring.

Now I am on my way towards finding contact with my own heart. People around me are delighted when they are in contact with my heart but I have no access to that love which is seen and experienced by others around me. The fear and pain is still creating a wall between me and my heart.

You are certainly not alone, sweet one. Most of us at one time or another face expectations and conditioning, thoughts of failure. We all tend to forget.

When you catch yourself forgetting, you have just remembered. This is cause for celebration! Be grateful in your remembering and rejoice! If you catch your forgetting again, you have just remembered again. Celebrate again! We can be so grateful again! Each time you remember, the forgetting grows farther apart, until one day you forget no more. We get to celebrate all the way! All of life celebrates with us! What tremendous blessings!

You recognize sadness is derived from judging one’s own being. Let’s Celebrate! Truly this is a blessing! You feel something not right with one choice, and you know what other way you may choose that does feel right. Yes, let’s Celebrate again! What glorious blessings we have to be grateful for!

With Love we forgive errors of thought and forgetting. Yes! We get to celebrate our forgiveness! Blessings abound us, we can be so grateful! We then stand tall, strong, and confident with love and gratitude that our greater being now guides our way. This truly calls for celebration! More blessings, more gratitude we can celebrate!

Forgiveness dissolves the limitations imposed on our entirety. Gratitude draws the blessings of our greater being. Trust grants the Great Spirit permission to be the active force in our lives. Oh, yes! Let us celebrate! Our blessings are without end, we can be so grateful!

‘Warrior of the Light’ does not refer to harming another. No. It is a matter of focus. We focus steadfastly on the Love and Light which is our True Being. In so doing, we gift the power of focus only unto our Authentic Self. What we gift power to grows in our life. What we no longer feed power to, dissolves. Yes! Let us Celebrate! Our gratitude is endless, for our Blessings are endless!

We are loved beyond measure. All of life supports and rejoices with us. To experience this, we still our mind and allow the Light of Love we are to be our focus. Oh, our blessings are abundant and overflowing! Our gratitude fills us and spews out into the world around us! Our Celebrate continues! All of Life rejoices with us!

thank you for clearifying again. Sometimes i really tend to forget to be humble and grateful for my life…..And walk the way of sadness and jugdments of my own being…. Actually that is exactly the situation i am in…. letting go of expectations and my conditioning of how i should be, what i should have sucessfully reached by now etc… (not thinking to have failed here on earth- that is the point where sadness comes in…) and allowing myself just to be and allow the great spirit to shine and work through me….once i saw the movie “the secret” and afterwards Eckhart Tolle´s DVD – then i realised there is something not feeling right with “the secret” and the wishes etc- and realised if i am in my heart center – all will be / is there without me, even asking or creating it – beyond my wildest dreams….Thank you Mark for providing such a loving, accepting and understanding space here Om namah sivaya – Feel much better already again….
